There is a 16m x 4 m infinity swimming pool located between the Villa and Bungalow. It has an endless current system that allows for exercise swimming. Around the pool is a patio with lounge chairs as well as table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The front yard garden is spectacular. Flowers stream down natural boulders, and trees flower above the driveway. Sheltered parking for cars and motorbikes right outside the front doors. There are areas around both the Villa and Bungalow for outdoor eating and relaxing.
The Beach
Both the Villa and Bungalow sit a few meters above the ocean at high tide. A large tidal reef right in front of the property makes the water very shallow and not suitable for swimming. During low tides the water recedes several hundred meters revealing edible sea creatures that the locals love to gather. Locals gather seafood at low tides and during winter they set up squid traps in the bay in front.
The Neighborhood
The property is located in an area that has just begun transitioning from aquaculture and salt farming into tourism. There are no tourist services or food/beverage/retail shops within easy walking distance. We recommend not walking along the road because there is not a sidewalk yet.
A few kilometers across the bay are several convenience stores, a pizza restaurant, and quite a few beach resorts with bars and restaurants.
Two large grocery stores and many restaurants and coffee shops are in Phan Rang, about 10 km fro us.
